A booking request is not an instant charge. You tell us what you want to do — a set tour package, a destination-focused trip, a custom itinerary, or a chauffeured 4×4 — and our Gilgit-based team checks dates, lodging, and vehicle availability before confirming price.
Most travelers hear back within 24 hours with a clear next step: available dates, an indicative quote, and what deposit is needed to hold the plan. Final details (hotel category, jeep sectors, flight timing) are locked only after you approve the written confirmation.
What happens after you send the form
1. We review your dates and route
We check road conditions, jeep sectors (for Fairy Meadows or high passes), hotel capacity in Hunza or Skardu, and guide availability for your group size.
2. You get a written quote
The reply covers what’s included, what is optional (porters, domestic flights, upgrades), and a deposit amount if you want to reserve those dates.
3. Confirm and travel
Once the deposit clears, we send a day-by-day plan, driver/guide contacts closer to departure, and packing notes for your season.

- Travel dates (or a flexible window) and group size — hotels and 4×4s book out in peak summer.
- Whether you need Islamabad ↔ Gilgit/Skardu flights arranged, or you are arriving on your own.

What’s the difference between a package and a custom trip?
Packages follow a tested itinerary (e.g. Hunza & Skardu Explorer). Custom trips let you pick valleys, pace, and lodging grade; we design the logistics around that brief.
